Solution

Orbiixa designed and implemented a comprehensive Odoo based Heavy Equipment Rental and Maintenance Lifecycle Management solution tailored specifically for large fleet leasing operations. We created a dynamic rental management module that displayed real time availability of every machine along with rental history contract status utilization data and maintenance schedules. The rental contract engine was automated to handle variable pricing models such as hourly billing daily rates weekly packages monthly leasing yearly contracts and project based rentals.
