The client was an international freight consultancy company that specialized in advising global enterprises, exporters, importers, and logistics service providers on cargo movement, customs planning, carrier selection and route optimization. Orbiixa designed an Odoo based Consultancy and Cargo Booking Management System tailored to the complex needs of international freight advisors. We built a central booking platform that allowed consultants to search carrier rates, check container availability, assign carriers, generate cargo schedules and confirm bookings directly from Odoo. Automated communication workflows were created to share booking confirmations, documents, invoices and status updates with customers instantly. A customizable freight pricing engine was developed to compare carrier rates across shipping lines, air cargo services and inland transport providers based on destination, cargo type, container size, port charges and fuel adjustments.
